SPEED TRAINING

Our training is designed to give you the ultimate multi-directional speed development for your sport. Movement patterns for sports are different. Football is different your movement off the ball is incredibly important. That includes forwards, backwards, sideways, change of direction and turning

INDIVIDUAL FITNESS

AD4S Fitness is based around the needs of the sport, and then the needs of the individual within the sport. A tennis player could be on court for 5 hours and still need to sprint. A rower will be pretty much full out for the duration of a race. A footballer has 11 opponents and 10 teammates to deal with. This requires a fitness program that incorporates the random nature of the sport.

STRENGTH OUT-OF-BALANCE

Having the ability to transfer the power of the prime movers into your sport, will be affected by your ability to deliver it through the supporting and stabilising muscles. Powerful quads and hamstrings without strong ankles, knees and hips, is like a racing car with the seat and steering wheel unbolted, it will go fast, but you won’t be able to control it.

POWER DELIVERY

The power delivery of a footballer is different to a rugby player, which is different to a gymnast, which is different to a tennis player.

We deliver exercises specific to the sport and position that you play. A plan catered to YOU is a plan that’ll improve YOU.

WHOLE BODY STABILITY

AD4S is about whole-body stability. If we look at a gymnast, not only do they have incredible core stability, their stability through their ankles, knees, hips, shoulders and necks is incredible as well. This is functional strength for sport at its best.
